Returns & Exchanges

At Pilgrim Surf Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear and apparel; if you are not, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that surfboards and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
